How long does delivery take?

It depends on the product. Posters typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Printed items for your best friend (bandanas, collars, leashes and bowls) are made to order and take 2 to 4 weeks. The expected delivery time is always stated on each product, so you know what you are saying yes to.

Why do some items take 2 to 4 weeks?

Because your item is not sitting in a warehouse waiting. It is only made once you order it, by our manufacturers in the EU and selected partners outside the EU. The exact place is stated honestly on each product. A little longer to wait, but also less waste and no mountains of unsold goods. We think that is a fair trade, and we believe your dog agrees (it is not in a hurry anyway).

My order is arriving in several parcels. Is that normal?

Completely normal. Our products are made by different manufacturers, so if you order, say, a poster and a bandana, they may land in your mailbox on different days. You naturally only pay for shipping once, no matter how many parcels your order becomes.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Yes, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Write to us at hej@fluffycph.com within the 14 days and we will guide you through the return. The only exception is personalised items (for example with your pet's name), which are made especially for you and therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal. We always state this clearly on the products it applies to.

What do I do if something is wrong with the item?

Then you have a 2 year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Write to us with your order number, a short description and preferably a photo, and we will find a solution. If the claim is justified, we naturally cover reasonable return shipping costs.

How do I find the right size collar or bandana?

Measure your dog's neck circumference with a soft measuring tape where the collar normally sits, and use the two finger rule: there should be room for two fingers between neck and collar. On each product you will find a size guide with the exact measurements for S, M and L. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger one.

What materials do you use, and how do I care for them?

Our bandanas are made of soft woven polyester that is comfortable against the neck and can be washed at low temperature. Collars and leashes can be wiped with a damp cloth, and bowls are washed with ordinary dish soap. The exact care instructions are always stated on each product.

How can I pay?

You can pay with payment cards (Visa and Mastercard), MobilePay, Klarna and Shop Pay. All payments are handled over a secure connection, and we never store your card details ourselves.

Can I get a discount?

Where is Fluffy CPH from?

We design everything in Denmark, and our products are made to order, most of them in the EU. The exact place is stated on each product. CPH is our little Nordic signature, not an address.
