Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases on fluffycph.com. The store is operated by VIPA, CVR 35064478, Kirkevænget 173, 8310 Tranbjerg J, Denmark. You can contact us at hej@fluffycph.com.

Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. If you shop from another country, the price is shown in your local currency. Shipping is added and is shown before you approve the order. We reserve the right to correct typing and pricing errors.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Shop Pay, MobilePay, Klarna and cards. Your card details are handled securely by our payment provider, and we do not store them ourselves. Because our products are made to order specially for you, payment is taken when you place the order, so we can start production.

Delivery

Products are made to order, most of them in Europe and a few with partners outside Europe. The exact place is stated on each product. Posters typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Bandanas, collars, leashes and bowls are made to order and typically arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. If your order contains items from several suppliers, they may arrive in several parcels, and you only pay for shipping once. You will receive an email with tracking when your item has shipped.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Notify us at hej@fluffycph.com within the deadline. The item must be returnable in essentially the same condition, and you pay for the return shipping yourself. We refund no later than 14 days after we have been notified, and we may wait until the item has been received. Personalised items, such as an engraved name tag, are not covered.

Warranty

You have a 2 year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If there is a defect that is not your fault, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price. Write to hej@fluffycph.com with a description and preferably a photo.

Complaints

You can complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the EU Commission's online platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
