What information

When you shop or sign up for the newsletter, we process your name, address, email, phone number, order and payment information. We also collect technical information via cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

• Completing and delivering your order, which is performance of the contract.
• Complying with legal requirements such as the Danish Bookkeeping Act, which is a legal obligation.
• Sending newsletters if you have opted in, which is consent you can always withdraw.
• Improving the store, which is our legitimate interest.

Who we share with

We only share what is necessary with suppliers who help us: Shopify, payment providers, our production and shipping partners, and our newsletter tool. Some may process data outside the EU, in which case we ensure a legal basis such as the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Storage

Order information is stored for as long as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires, the current year plus 5 years. Newsletter data is stored until you unsubscribe.
