Delivery and returns

Here is the short version of how it works, so there are no surprises.

Delivery

Our products are made to order, most of them close to you in Europe and a few with partners further away. The exact place is stated on each product. Posters typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Bandanas, collars, leashes and bowls are made to order and typically arrive in 2 to 4 weeks, because they are only made once you have ordered. We are always working on making it faster.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, because they are made in different places. You only pay for shipping once.

You will receive an email with tracking when your item has shipped.

Cancellation and returns

You have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Write to us and we will help you from there. Personalised items, such as an engraved name tag, cannot be returned, and we state this clearly on those products.

If something is wrong with your item, write to us with a photo and we will find a solution. You have a 2 year warranty under Danish law.
